“[A]lchemy of align” is a new collection of work that combines original photography with two unique types of printmaking technique*: the solarplate intaglio technique and the monotype technique. Technically, each artwork is a monoprint contained within a monotype.
* Both of these printmaking techniques employ non-toxic, soy-based permanent inks in order to ensure a completely water-based and environmentally safe printmaking process.
